I would avoid it.Дynamo is also really, really ancient at this point. It also doesn't make sense for an ENB released in 2020 to still be using SweetFX which has been obsolete for years. George's in particular looks like a really slapdash ENB, with a bunch of preset and shader files that it doesn't even use included in the download. Wouldn't hurt to test with a competently made on that's been updated something in the last 7 years too, like Rudy ENB. Test with something like Enhanced Shaders ENB and see if you still have the issue. I would test using an ENB that doesn't use SweetFX or ReShade. I've seen a similar issue when using certain ReShade effects - it looks like Dynamo and George's both use SweetFX (old version of ReShade). JIP shouldn't cause that on its own - unless you are running another mod that requires JIP LN which is effecting graphics. The issue you describe sounds like something is messing with the depth buffer in a weird way. Then you can just copypasta the link over.
